Democrats Diminish the Benghazi 'Tragedy' ... | Eastern North Carolina Now

No knowledge necessary; all investigations must end now.

    Obviously, Republicans who control the U.S. House Oversight Committee just will not do that. The House Oversight Committee, with Representative Darrell Issa, R, California as Chairman, who are also charged with discovering the truth on countless other scandals that have swamped the incredible Barack Hussein Obama presidency, are tasked with the responsibility to accomplish this unenviable feat to know who is ultimately responsible for the Benghazi Debacle.

    The foreign service in Benghazi, Libya were left completely defenseless when attacked by terrorists on September 11, 2012. The U.S. State Department, under then secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton, elected to not pay close attention the safety needs of their people, who did pay the ultimate sacrifice with their lives - Ambassador Chris Stevens, his attache, Sean Smith, and CIA contract operatives, former Navy Seals Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.

    As most enlightened Americans will remember, the history of the Benghazi Debacle was not as simple as uniformly painted by the Obama Administration, when that Administration strenuously attempted to sell that terrorist attack on this foreign service annex as 'muslim rage against' "that despicable video" - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

    That "despicable video" has proven to be the only 'culprit', from that terrible time, that has produced an arrest for the causation of the Benghazi Terrorist Attack. The arrested individual was American Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the producer of that anti-Muslim video, “Innocence of Muslims”, who is still in jail as of this post. The terrorist murderers, the leaders of whom have already pled their guilt, are still free to live unabated in their fanatical Muslim world.

    Now nearly 1 1/2 years after the attack, the perpetrators remain free, the video producer remains in jail, the 'despicable video' was removed from YouTube by order of the 9th Circuit Federal Court in February, 2014, and now Democrats wish to end all investigations of the Benghazi debacle after an ambivalence, a reluctance to be forthcoming in providing information to U.S. House Oversight Committee. Now, with so many questions still unanswered, the Democrats are engaged to take their deflated 'ball and go home'.

    Calling the Republicans' investigation a "witch hunt", Democrat leadership has announced that discovering the facts behind the conspiracy to downplay Benghazi; just months before the presidential election and just weeks after the Democrat Convention, where their sophistic mantra was "GM is alive, Al-Qaeda is on the run and Osama bin Laden is dead", was now inconsequential.

    Ranking member of the U.S. House Oversight Committee Elijah Cummings, D, Maryland stated: "We have had enough of the false statements. Enough of the partisanship and enough of trying to use this terrible national security incident for political gain."

    Nearly two years after the terrorist attack that was sold as the causatory incident of 'a despicable video', and with the informational flow obstructed by Democrat obfustication, we know little of the facts and the administration has brought no one to justice save the producer of “Innocence of Muslims”. At this point, I am relatively sure that the Benghazi investigation will remain in place, if not accelerated by a Select Committee.

    A lack of interest by: the Mainstream Media, the Obama Media Group (OMG), and the formal ambivalence by all elected Democrats everywhere in the September 11th terrorist attack will not deter real American patriots from discovering the real truth of Benghazi. As one who tends see the reality of all matters, 'Me thinks' Democrats should be a bit more curious before they 'doth protest too much'.
