I am reading Anne Jones' (6x World Speed Reading Champion) book. She uses mnemonic memory techniques for names and character descriptions and sees a movie in her head and does not sub-vocalize while reading 4200 words a minute with 60% retention. She reads an average size book in 45 minutes. There is no time for highlighting or marking and no reason to remember the book after the contest test questions.

That Checkbox blacks out the buffer lines to make the site dark to highlight images.
It also creates a new contrast for the text, which may help some read better.

The Lawsuit that never was; Honorable mention:
The Beach Boys’s classic anthem “Surfin’ USA
Who knows how much money Chuck Berry made from this Beach Boys plagiarized melody.
"When Berry accused Wilson of bogarting his melody, The Beach Boys’ manager, Wilson’s father Murray, gave Berry the copyright to the tune in order to avoid a lawsuit. He didn’t tell the members of the band, however, who supposedly only learned that they weren’t getting royalties from this song—and that Berry now received credit for writing it—about 25 years later."

Qualifications to be a congressman: There are three, and only three, standing qualifications for U.S. Senator or Representative in Congress which are expressly set out in the U.S. Constitution: age (25 for the House, 30 for the Senate); citizenship (at least seven years for the House, nine years for the Senate); and inhabitancy in the state at the time ...Jan 15, 2015

Hispanic and Latino are not a race; they are ethnicities. Most forms ask 'White Not Latino and White Latino' so 50% of Hispanics ID as White.

Officers produce reports after each battle. An after action review (AAR) is a structured review or de-brief (debriefing) process for analyzing what happened, why it happened, and how it can be done better by the participants and those responsible for the project or event. After-action reviews in the formal sense were originally developed by the U.S. Army.

Wesley often talks about his cousin 'Ketch' Wilson. Ketch survives the war, returns to Ga and has a large family. Relatives serve in the same units. A bad practice both North and South.
