The resolution honors 127 law enforcement officials across the nation who were recently killed in the line of duty, including Sergeant Jeffrey Wayne Greene of the Union County, NC, Sherriff's Office, and Police Officer Alexander E. Thalmann of the New Bern, NC, Police Department.
