North Carolina House District 32 will have a new representative next year, and it appears likely it will be either seven-term Vance County commissioner Terry Garrison or Gary Lamont Miles Sr.

The NC General Assembly was in session until 1:30 am hammering out Amendments to the budget, and it was passed 93-23, with 11 Republicans and 12 Democrats voting against and sent to the Senate.

The NC General Assembly was shut down for about two weeks due to snow and other bad weather. The Bill submission deadline was not extended due to the weather, so we are jumping through hoops now to get our Bills into Bill Drafting before the submission deadline on March 18th.
