Mr. Ralph Whitaker, 80, a resident of Cooper Hill Road, died Thursday, July 7, 2011, at Bertie Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Windsor, with the Revs. J.N. Baggett and Billy Presley officiating.
