Macron makes Vichy France look free
As much of Europe is sliding behind a new Iron Curtain of totalitarian censorship, the latest travesty is Frnace's arrest at an airport of the billionaire CEO of the Telegram social media site for failing to follow the EU diktat on politically censoring its users. The far left euphemism for censorship is "moderation". Macron and his thugs are acting just like Marshall Petain would have in Vichy France. Free speech, the very cornerstone of democracy is dying in Europe, and when it is gone, so is democracy.
Telegram is based in Dubai. This is not the first attempt at political censorship of Telegram. Its CEO fled Russia in 2014 when Putin tried to force his company to censor communications of the Russian opposition. Putin and Macron seem to be two peas in a totalitarian pod.
Its founder, Pavel Durov, is a citizen of the United Arab Emirates, France, and Russia. Deep state bagman Alexander Vindman posted that Elon Musk should be concerned. The CEO of video sharing site Rumble has revealed that France has also threatened Rumble/
Just a few weeks ago, a top French EU functionary threatened Elon Musk to try to force him to censor his interview with Donald Trump in our own American politics. The EU has also threatened Musk to try to force him to politically censor Twitter / X and Musk refused. Musk revealed that the EU had offered to arrange a hidden censorship on Twitter, and Musk said NO.
WE should remember that France is a country where in the last year, a man was arrested for flipping the bird to Macron, a woman was arrested for calling Macron "a piece of filth" on social media, two feminist leaders were arrested for sayiing that there were womens spaces where only real women should be allowed, and a French senator was arrested for posting "immigration kills" online. Macron would have fit right in during fascist Vichy France.

Meanwhile, across the channel in the UK, the new Labour government in only two months is turning the country into a police state, turning thousands of criminals out of prison so they could be replaced by those who commit what Orwell called "thought crimes". Free speech is rapidly disappearing in the UK.
If we do not want to lose our freedom of speech in America, we need to do all we can to see that Kamala Harris is NOT elected. She is a globalist who like Biden has a distain for free speech.

Free speech is on the ballot in America. The Biden-Harris regime has been the most hostile to free speech since John Adams, while Trump is a friend of free speech.
What we need is a president who will publicly stand up for free speech and protect American free speech from tyrants in other countries. Those who work against free speech anywhere in the world, including foreign government officials, should be declared "personna non grata" and not allowed to travel to the US. In particularly egregious cases, such as if the EU twits do move against Trump, then foreign goverenment officials should be indicted in the United States criminally for conspiting against the civil rights of American citizens. Enemies of free speech are totalitarians and they should be given no quarter. These French twits are no better than Stalin. |
