Homosexuals use new Biden TItle IX rewrite to go after NC schools | Eastern North Carolina Now

Homosexual activist groups are already trying to use Biden's radical rewrite of Title IX to challenge school policy in North Carolina, filing a complaint with Biden's Department of Education against Moore County, NC Schools.  Trying to do an end run around Congress, which originally passed Title IX to protect women in education in 1972, the Biden regime used executive rulemaking to rewrite Title IX's protections, replacing its protection of women with a protection of "gender identity" and "sexual preference" instead, trying to bypass Congress.  Biden's radical rewrite in being challenged in court by many state attorneys general as an illegal usurpation of the powers of Congress.

Under its Parent Bill of Rights, Moore County Schools removed books from elementary school libraries that promoted homosexuality.  That is what the homosexual activist groups are challenging.

In contrast, in the UK, the British government is instructing schools that they are banned from presenting "gender identity" theory.  This comes after the UK's National Health Service stopped allowed "transitioning" of children.

Meanwhile, Peru has declared "transgenderism" to be a mental illness.
