Since the Democratic Socialist campaign message has been that the Republican nominee, "Donald Trump is a threat to Democracy," is it not exceedingly ironic that the leadership of the Democratic Socialist party is endeavoring to remove their presumptive nominee - Joseph R. Biden, though elected - as their candidate for the presidency of the United States?
11.11% The Democratic Socialists reserve the right to always be incredibly flexible in all matters pertaining to communicated core ideals.
88.89% The Democratic Socialists are long on hyperbolic promise, but way short on purposeful performance, ergo, they are grand hypocrites of the first order.

RH: This is classic Election Interference, but on a monumental scale, something that the Non Patriot Left practices on a regular basis now, then projects their infamy upon the Patriot Class, and then sicks that sleezy Democratic Socialist lawyers and judges that they own on those better people.

Maybe this fool judge figures she will become even more popular amongst the Non Patriot Left by her being this sorry of a human.

Jack Smith and Tanya Chutkan are both poltiical operators on a political mission. It is un-American that either is in the position they are in to assault our democracy. When Trump is back in office, there needs to be a real special prosecutor to investigate all of these political hit job hack judges and prosecutors. Lock them up.

This is a political lynching, not a trial, complete with a partisan hack prosecutor, Kangaroo court judge, and a politically toxic jury pool. There is no way any conservative could get a fair trial with this judge and this jury pool.

This judge is so blatantly politically, biased, she should have recused herself and any honest judge would have. She needs to be disbarred, stripped of her US citizenship, and shipped back to that shithole country Jamaica where she belongs. I am sick of this stinking Jamaican trying to rig an American election.

But, that's okay because most confirmed leftists not only do not understand the First Amendment, they don't have any understanding of the whole Constitution, so your opining of what constitutes the "two tiered justice system" has fallen completely flat.

Mr. Trump is running for president against the most corrupt president in the history of the United States, Idiot President Biden, and the most corrupt DO(in)J also in the history of this Constitutional Republic, so Mr. Trump's political speech far outranks the pathetic heavy handed judgements of a Leftist Democratic Socialist judge. That is how the First Amendment works, and Leftist fools, like this DC federal judge, eventually will NOT get the final say.

Utter nonsense. As the honorable Judge pointed out, Mr Trump is under court supervision, with several felonies, and he is not entitled to say and do what he wants. No other court would allow it, and hers is not going to either. He is free to slam Biden, he can say what he wants about the Government, he can run his election and talk up a storm. But he can't badger people and try and taint jury pools and intimidate witnesses. And intimidation is his total shtick. If it were you or I, we would be waiting in jail. Mr Trump is the perfect example of two teirs of justice.
