Minnesota Democratic Attorney General Keith Ellison rounded out his recent criticism of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas with a vile, racist reference - and CBS News opted to cover the criticism with no mention of the racist attack.

Ellison, who is black, suggested that Thomas - the second black justice to serve on the nation's highest Court - was akin to a "house slave" who worked alongside the slave master to ensure that others could not escape to freedom.

"Well, Clarence Thomas ... all you got to ... anybody who's watched the movie 'Django,' just watch Stephen, and you see Clarence Thomas," Ellison said. "Clarence Thomas is a ... has decided that his best personal interests is siding with the powerful and the - and the special interests regardless as to who they're gonna hurt."

GOP Rapid Response Director Jake Schneider shared a screenshot of local CBS News affiliate WCCO's coverage of Ellison's remarks - and while it was clear from the headline that the former Democratic National Committee (DNC) chairman had been critical of the Supreme Court Justice, there was no mention of the racially charged comparison he'd made.

"AG Ellison says Justice Clarence Thomas 'needs to be impeached' report says,"

"Not even a mention of his disgusting remark," Schneider commented.

"The left's vile, vicious attempts to smear Justice Thomas are utterly transparent. They just can't stand that he doesn't share their radical orthodoxy," Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) observed.

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley also tore into Ellison over the comment, saying, "Sen. Klobuchar ran for president on the promise that she would 'end the hateful rhetoric that has become all too routine during the Trump Administration.' Gov. Walz pledged to combat 'the forces of hatred and bigotry.' Does that extend to Democrats like Ellison?" he asked.

Turley went on to note that Thomas was the only target of Ellison's wrath - despite being one of several justices who had ruled in a way with which Ellison disagreed - solely because of his race.

"Putting aside his absurd claim that Thomas is illegitimate because Ellison disagrees with his rulings, Ellison portrayed him to a house slave because of his race. He did not declare Alito or Gorsuch as house slaves or illegitimate. Just Thomas," he said.

Since only about 20% of the News Media has any shred of Journalistic Integrity remaining: How does our Constitutional Republic continue without a "Free Press"?
Demand real information, using real sources, backed up by facts.
Promote real journalist entities only, and admonish those that prostitute their profession.
We Democratic Socialists are doing just fine, thank-you, by promoting lies while having very little real knowledge about so much.

With respect to the leaked opinion not yet written for ratification regarding the U.S. Supreme Court's revisiting the original decision of Roe v Wade, whence now nonstop protests have erupted in neighborhoods where U.S. Supreme Court justices live, exhibiting the firm intent to intimidate these officers of the highest court in the land: What action should the federal authorities take?
Do nothing ... Protests are a fixture of a free society.
Enforce the law ... Federal codes exist to prohibit any intimidation through the pubic harassment of federal judges, especially Supreme Court justices.
I have no idea, however, northern Virginia School Board Members must be shielded from protests at all costs.

I will depend on my Democratic Socialist politicians to continue to march hard toward the Left to provide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for all who think and do as they are told.
I will defend the Constitution of the United States of America, and support all elected leaders who pledge to protect and insure the continued sovereignty of this Representative Republic.
I am very concerned about maintaining my current life style without working. I was told that as long as I vote Democrat, I had nothing to worry about ... but now I worry.
