Texas sues over Biden attempt to allow welfare dependant immigration | Eastern North Carolina Now

Biden tries to thwart federal law

ENCNow

Federal statutroy law requires federal immigration authorities to obtain proof that someone applying to immigration will not become welfare dependent in America.  They can do this based on their own assets or an affidavit of support from an American citizen with sufficient income / assets.  The Biden regime has recently announced adoption of a federal regulation that would stop implementation of this federal statutory law.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed suit against the Biden regime, asking the courts to require Biden to follow the law instead of thumbing its nose at the law.

This is probably designed to bleed over to illegal aliens as well. Already, there are probably way too many illegal aliens who Social Services has found ways to put on the welfare rolls, either through their children or otherwise, and that is sapping federal, state, anc county taxpayer funds. This needs to be stopped.
