Braddy family celebrates arrival of newest family member

    The first baby of 2023 born at ECU Health Medical Center made his debut at 12:10 a.m. The baby is the child of Kaitlyn and James Braddy of Washington, North Carolina. Both baby and mother are doing well.

    The ECU Health team is happy to introduce you to:

    Weight: 5 pounds, 2 ounces

    Length: 18.5 inches

    Parents' names: Kaitlyn and James Braddy

    Hometown: Washington, North Carolina

    ECU Health and Women's Services at Maynard Children's Hospital delivered more than 3,900 babies in 2022. We are delighted to welcome Owen, and wish his family all the best.
