Red Wave sweeps the state and county | Eastern North Carolina Now

National results come later

ENCNow

Let there be no doubt…Beaufort County is Red, except where the local Judicial Cabal rules.  We gave Senator-To-Be Ted Budd a decisive victory and turned around the State’s appellant courts with a clean sweep by Republicans at both the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.  Unfortunately, the Beaufort Board of Commissioners remains stuck by the Limited Voting System which saw the top vote getter (Ed Booth) poll only 31% of the votes cast.  The voters sent the School Board a clear message with three new members (Hickman, Carlton and Shreve) to join that board.

You can see updated unofficial state results here.  The polls are still open on the West Coast so we won’t know about the national results until later.  Check here to go to Fox News for that.
