Megyn Kelly issued a stark warning to Democrats after President Joe Biden announced Thursday that he would support suspending the filibuster in order to nationalize abortion law.

The host of "The Megyn Kelly Show" podcast blasted the latest move by Democrats and Biden who said "we have to codify Roe v. Wade in the law" in response to the United States Supreme Court's recent decision that overturns the landmark 1973 ruling as a result of the decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.

"1st, Congress [does not] have the power to do this," the host tweeted to her millions of followers. "2d, Manchin won't agree to this pie-in-the-sky talk."

"3d, even if 1&2 were incorrect, Ds will rue the day they said abortion policy in all 50 states can be dictated by feds," she added. "What happens when GOP regains control?"

During a press conference from Europe, Biden said, "We have to codify Roe v. Wade in the law, and the way to do that is to make sure the Congress votes to do that," as The Daily Wire previously reported.

"And if the filibuster gets in the way, it's like voting rights, we provide an exception for this, or an exception to the filibuster for this action," he added. "It is a mistake, in my view for the Supreme Court to do what it did. I feel extremely strongly that I'm going to do everything in my power, which I legally can do in terms of executive orders, as well as push the Congress and the public."

Following the recent decision by the court, Kelly wrote on social media that the ruling was the right move "legally," no matter which side of the abortion debate a person is on. The ruling recognizes that there is no constitutional right to an abortion and returns the issue to the states to pass abortion legislation, as The Daily Wire previously reported.

"Whether you are pro-abortion or not, this was the right decision legally," the host shared. "You may not like it, but you were lied to by the Roe & Casey justices who told you abortion was a constitutional right. This Court set things straight & now it's where it belongs: in the hands of the [people]."     Publisher's Note: This older, but yet to be published post is finally being presented now as an archivable history of the current events of these days that will become the real history of tomorrow.

With Roe v Wade (originated in 1973) overturned by the US Supreme Court, thereby allowing decisions on abortion legislation completely returned to the states: Where do you find your position on such a "Life and Death" issue for the American People?
Yes, I approve of the US Supreme Court's decision to reinstate this "medical" issue back to the states' legislative responsibility to regulate.
No, I believe that every woman should have complete access to abortion on demand.
This issue is far beyond my intellectual capacity to understand.

With respect to the leaked opinion not yet written for ratification regarding the U.S. Supreme Court's revisiting the original decision of Roe v Wade, whence now nonstop protests have erupted in neighborhoods where U.S. Supreme Court justices live, exhibiting the firm intent to intimidate these officers of the highest court in the land: What action should the federal authorities take?
Do nothing ... Protests are a fixture of a free society.
Enforce the law ... Federal codes exist to prohibit any intimidation through the pubic harassment of federal judges, especially Supreme Court justices.
I have no idea, however, northern Virginia School Board Members must be shielded from protests at all costs.
