First it was gloves and face masks. Then they said face masks were not need to prevent the spread of the Chi Com Virus. Then they said (and are now saying) we need to wear masks. Then they said gloves were not necessary if you washed your hands.

Roy Cooper & Co. jumped on all of these "essential measures" to flatten the curve, then...you get the point.

Now they are saying all this spraying and wiping shopping carts at WalMart is not how the spread of the virus is prevented.

    Fox News is reporting:

  • For those of you still wiping down groceries and other packages amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, breathe a sigh of relief: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) now says the novel virus "does not spread easily" from "touching surfaces or objects" - but experts warn that doesn't mean it's no longer necessary to take "practical and realistic" precautions in stopping the spread of COVID-19.

For those who find such information frustrating we would point out that what we think it means is that there is much scientific uncertainty about his virus. Reasonable precautions are still a good idea, we think.

But what is most important is that this story in simply illustrating the uncertainty means that much of the policy making in managing this epidemic is not based on sound science. In other words, we've been duped again.

But this is not something to be brushed aside that the politicians were simply trying to exercise an "abundance of caution." No! What it means is that they went off the deep end. As a result millions of people have lost their jobs, their homes, autos, and much of what they owned. Others needed health care for non-virus related issues and they were denied that. Many businesses that were required to shut down will never reopen. That means for many owners they not only have lost their business but their dreams. How do you put a price on that? No "abundance of caution" there. Tough luck. But Planned Parenthood killed thousands of babies during this Lockdown and got government subsidies to do so.

Roy Cooper should be summarily removed from office for the damage he has done to millions of North Carolinians and he should take his minions with him.

Bless us and save us...from our "leaders."
