Applicant Seeks to Increase Home Hemodialysis Training and Support Services in Carteret County

Press Release:

    RALEIGH     Bio-Medical Applications of North Carolina Inc. has filed a certificate of need application with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to relocate two dialysis stations from Crystal Coast Dialysis Unit in Morehead City to FMC Sea Spray in Cedar Point to be used for home hemodialysis training and support services only.

    A public hearing for this project will be held Thursday, March 19 at 3 p.m. in the Commissioners Room of the Carteret County Courthouse, 302 Courthouse Square, Beaufort.

    The project is expected to cost $7,500 and would be completed in December 2020.
