    On Monday, March 2, 2020, the President signed into law:

    H.R. 504, the "DHS Field Engagement Accountability Act," which requires the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to develop and update at least once every five years a strategy for DHS engagement with fusion centers;

    S.J.Res. 65, which reappoints John Fahey as a citizen regent of the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution; and

    S.J.Res. 67, which reappoints Risa Lavizzo-Mourey as a citizen regent of the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution; and

    S. 375, the "Payment Integrity Information Act of 2019," which improves efforts to identify and reduce Government-wide improper payments.
