Conservatives Meet in Beaufort County on Thursday | Eastern North Carolina Now

We are less than one week away from the beginning of the Primary Elections.

ENCNow
We are less than one week away from the beginning of the Primary Elections. There has not been much campaigning.

This Primary is rigged in favor of incumbents, because there I very little opportunity for new faces to make their case to the voters. Therefore, please remember the insults and corruption brought upon us conservatives during he past two to four years by the liberals. We have lost a lot of money because we now have no oversight of county operations. Overtime is running wild. We now have a huge jail expense because Republican Chairman Jerry Evans refused to support calling repair people to fix the jail cells. Hard to believe.

Remember the corrupt practice used to destroy the Belhaven hospital building. Evans was a player in that. Taxes have increased every year for at least four years and they will go up again this year. Evans has voted for a tax increase every year he has been in office.

It is certain that we will spend $25 million for a new jail if Evans and Rebholz are elected. They already have the committee to make it work. Are not taxes high enough.

IT IS MORE IMPORTANT WHO YOU DO NOT VOTE FOR IN THIS PRIMARY THAN WHO YOU DO VOTE FOR. TO STOP THE JAIL, DO NOT VOTE FOR EVANS AND REBHOLZ.

Then there is the deal made between Evans Waters and the Democrats that makes Evans the Chairman with the Democrat Langley the Vice Chairman. The Board is controlled by RINOs and Democrats. Let us make a change. Do not vote for Evans and Rebholz.

We still need advertising money. We are $800 short of our goal of $5,000. Mail me a check at 110 West second Street, Washington. Make it to Conservative Republican Club.

The Conservative Club meets on February 13 at 6:30 PM at king Chicken. Conservative Commissioner candidates will be speaking.

Attend the Beaufort County Republican precinct meeting at the Beaufort County Court House on February 18 at 6:00 pm. If you like politics go, just for the entertainment. The Yellow Sheet Republicans will be performing. I am sure it will be interesting. They are experts on free speech.
