trying to rescue Cal Cunningham from losing his primary
, and quid-pro-Cal finally returned the favor yesterday, siding with his dark money benefactor on the the killing of General Qassim Suleimani. Cunningham to The News And Observer

Cunningham's position on the strike against Suleimani mirrors that of VoteVets, who called it "reckless" and claimed it "makes things worse for US security
"We already knew Cal Cunningham was owned by Chuck Schumer, and we can now confirm that he's owned by the dark money liberals from VoteVets as well,"
stated NCGOP spokesman Jeff Hauser. "Cal Cunningham is so nervous about losing his primary to Erica Smith that he's even willing to say that killing an evil terrorist who was responsible for the lives of hundreds of Americans makes us less safe just to keep his free ad support flowing."
