Governor Offers Reward for Murder in Franklin County

    RALEIGH: Today, Governor Roy Cooper announced that the State is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Clarence Erwin Person, Jr.

    On January 18, 2019, Clarence Erwin Person, Jr., age 49, was found dead in his residence from a gunshot wound on Fairlane Street in Franklinton, North Carolina.
