Press Release:

GREENVILLE, N.C.     Uptown Greenville welcomes Nucleus Uptown, the city's first coworking space, to 509 Evans Street in Uptown Greenville.

Nucleus offers an alternative to traditional office spaces, providing an ideal location to be an active member of Uptown life, share ideas, members-only parking spaces, and modernly designed decor with an upscale feel.

Owner Richard Dalyai invites people to think about leaving their cramped bedroom or isolated office behind and come together at Nucleus - where you can work professionally and socially to get the most out of your workday.

This kind of office space provides a center of inspiration for business professionals who work at home or simply want a break from the office. Nucleus offers a sense of entrepreneurial independence in its membership.

Office space is available to suit professional needs, whether for private use or for small businesses. Membership for shared office space includes access to all amenities at $155 a month. For private office space, prices begin at $460 monthly, in addition to rental spaces suitable for all upcoming professional or social events.

"We hope to become the hub of innovative local ideas here in Greenville; to provide an alternative to moving your idea to the triangle, but rather to provide a helping co-working space to connect with other key business players in one shared space," says owner Richard Dalyai.

Nucleus Uptown will provide a nearly autonomous technological working space with new access controls via smartphone applications. Being the first of its kind, it envisions a truly innovative, comfortable, collaborative, and social environment.
