MEMORANDUM


    Governor Roy Cooper today ordered all North Carolina flags on the grounds of the North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Thursday, July 25, to honor state employee and arborist Branson Langley. Langley, a Randolph County native, died last Thursday while performing an aerial rescue drill at the zoo.
