    Meeting Thursday June 13, 2019 at the King Chicken Restaurant on Carolina Ave in their nice meeting room with great food at 6:30 pm

    Guest Speaker will be Dr. Joan Perry for 3rd District Congress.

    Joan is most passionate about her work with local charities and organizations addressing issues ranging from education and literacy to nutritional and physical well-being. She led Bible studies and women's ministries for over thirty years and helped young adults with marriage mentoring. She helped to start Young Life locally, served as youth group advisor, and volunteered as camp doctor at YMCA Camp Seafarer in Arapahoe and numerous Young Life camps. She and Jimbo helped to found a local Christian children's camp and to launch their church, Grace Fellowship Church, where they continue to serve today. They've also housed more than 25 youth and young adults who needed the experience of living in a stable and loving home.

    This will be an opportunity to ask questions and help you decide on the candidate of your choice.

    There will be a report from Ray Leary, Citizens for Better Government Chairman, on the Committee meeting with Dr. Cheeseman.

    A New Part of the Program has been added. RANT & RAVE allows all of our attendees to have a voice on things that they feel need to be addressed. Any who wish to participate will have 2 minutes to present their opinion.

    Committees will have time to report.

    A very important report on our County and the what we can expect from the budget.
