N.C. State researchers identify school vouchers’ positive impact



    Researchers at N.C. State University have found "positive, large, and statistically significant" benefits for low-income students participating in the state's Opportunity Scholarship school voucher program.

    Professor Anna Egalite detailed the findings - including the study's challenges and limitations - during a presentation Monday for the John Locke Foundation's Shaftesbury Society.
