Judge Jeanine Pirro Gets One Last Zinger In On Whoopi Goldberg - And It's Killer | Eastern North Carolina Now

But perhaps the ladies on "The View" - who have an awfully big megaphone - forgot that Pirro has her own megaphone, too. And on her show that aired Saturday on Fox, Pirro went there big time.

Unless you spent the last week living under a rock (or blissfully at the beach not reading the "news"), you no doubt know that Judge Jeanine Pirro claimed that after an appearance on "The View," hostess Whoopi Goldberg spit on her - and spat out a stream of obscenities.

The Fox news host said after Goldberg spat on her off stage, she screamed at her to "get the f**k out of this building."

But perhaps the ladies on "The View" - who have an awfully big megaphone - forgot that Pirro has her own megaphone, too. And on her show that aired Saturday on Fox, Pirro went there big time.

"I do want to thank Whoopi and the ladies for helping to make my book number one on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. So go out and get a copy if you haven't already," Pirro said with a smile.

Pirro also threw some shade at Goldberg, saying: "I much preferred you in the movie 'Ghost' than on 'The View.'"

But Pirro also played the diplomat.

"All of you saw it, and most of you probably heard both my and Whoopi's version of what you didn't see after I was thrown off the set. But I'm not here to rehash old news, and in the spirit of tonight's opening statement, I'd like to close the book on this and move on," she added. "And I'd like you to do so, as well," she said directly to her audience.

On an appearance on the Sean Hannity show, Pirro recounted what happened during her visit to "The View."

"I'm still reeling from it to be honest with you," Pirro told Hannity after the melee. "I went on thinking that we would have a discussion about the book. The truth is, that it was an attack on Donald Trump, and then on me. I sat there as Whoopi Goldberg pontificated about how horrible Donald Trump was and at one point I said 'you know I'm here to talk about the book' and then she went ballistic - ended the segment."

"She said 'that's it I'm done' and what people didn't see who were watching the show, was she yanked away from the desk where we were all sitting and she decided that she was going to end it," Pirro recalled. "No one saw that, but it got worse."

"When I went off the stage, Sean, I'm walking downstairs and I said something like, Whoopi I fought for victims my whole life and she came at me as I was leaving and she said 'F you' in my face - literally spitting at me, 'F you, get the F out of this building,'" Pirro said. "And I said to her, 'did you just say that?' She said that's what I said, 'get the F out of this building' and she was screaming at me and I'm walking out of the building like a dog who was just kicked off."
