Today, President Trump declassified the Nunes' Memo, exposing to the American people the corruption in the Obama Justice Department, especially relating to the 2016 election.

The Memorandum released today, drafted by US House Intelligence Committee head Devin Nunes, outlines the surveillance abuses of the FBI, and the Justice Department in general. The memo specifically names FBI Director James Comey, the Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and the Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

Republicans, and even President Trump himself, have spent months criticizing James Comey and Andrew McCabe for their seeming bias and political motivations in their investigations, and particularly, for their use of a politically-manufactured dossier in order to obtain FISA surveillance warrants to spy on candidate Trump and members of his campaign, yet all the while refusing to put the same effort into the crimes of Hillary Clinton or the abuses of Loretta Lynch. The FBI and DOJ have been obstructing the investigations by the House Intelligence Committee and other oversight groups into these questions while special counsel Bob Mueller has been conducting an independent investigation into Team Trump's possible connections to the Kremlin. It was Rod Rosenstein who put that probe in place.

The memo, which is a summary conclusion of the alleged abuses of surveillance power by the FBI and DOJ, is based on official testimony and a review of first-hand documents. It concludes that the FISA warrant would not have been issued but for the dossier and that those who presented the dossier to the FISA court did so by "omitting material and relevant information" (ie, the origin of the dossier, who funded it, and that it was a political initiative) In other words, FBI committed fraud on the court.

Trey Gowdy tweeted: "It is important for the American public to know that the dossier was paid for by a political candidate, was used by the government (working in collusion with that candidate's campaign) in court pleadings to a FISA judge and signed off by Attorney General Loretta Lynch, was knowingly and intentionally NOT vetted before it was used, was not vetted after it was used, and that 'material and relevant facts' were not shared (were omitted from) the tribunal approving the FISA application." FBI officials, working on the "Insurance Plan" to prevent Trump from being elected, did not disclose all material and relevant facts because doing so would have been sure to have the warrant denied.

Judge Andrew Napolitano, FOX News Senior Legal Analyst and my Con Law professor back at Seton Hall Law, said today on TV that the revelations prove collusion between the government (and it's most secret and effective spying tools) and the Democrat Party for the direct goal of harming the other party. The Democrat Party co-oped the government, allowed by the president himself, in order to avail itself of the government's full resources in order to effect the election outcome it desired.

The only real option We the People have available to us to have a say in government is at the ballot box. At the ballot box, we exercise our right to elect the representatives we feel will best represent our concerns and interests, and the Obama Justice Department tried to take that away from us.

Considering that ancillary investigations orbiting the Mueller investigation into possible Russia collusion by the Trump campaign (still unfounded), now discovering founded improprieties and probable corruption by many Democrats their sworn bureaucrats, and now stretching back over 9 years: Should a second Independent Prosecutor be appointed to fully discover, indict and convict those corrupt?
No, it is a diversion from convicting President Trump.
Yes, America needs to return to its lost status as a Nation of Laws, dictated by the Rule of Law.
I have not yet received proper direction from late night talk show hosts.

I need an "attitude adjustment" most everyday. Too bad I don't drink much anymore.

I can't claim exclusive right to "TPM." I came up with that as a derivative of the old 1984 Hank Williams Jr song 'Attitude Adjustment.' The engineering equalivent we used was "you can be right and you can be dead right."

I'm sorry I thought you said STAND UP instead of SHUT UP

Beautiful analogy - "The Prick Machine" transference to mainstream Hollywood understanding of the sociological conundrum.

The last time I watched him was The Man Show with Adam Carolla when they were totally inappropriate. Funny how money and job position can change your perspective. Back in my work career, I used the term "The Prick Machine" that they always ran a new manager through so he could tow the company line. I did not realize it applied to entertainers as well.

Viewers will have to Google "Man Show - Bosom Springs" to see what I mean about totally inappropriate.

And yes, I went through the 'TPM' but it did not take. I was already a "P."

Good stuff B.T. You should take Jimmy Kimmel's place since he sure is not funny anymore.

I was afraid to link this at first. I thought it might include some information regarding methods and sources that the government uses, but then I decided that they use all methods and without regard to source. I feel vindicated after I made a Google Search for nunes memo transcript and found 437,000 hits in a half a second. I doubt that one more would hurt.
