Now that Kamala Harris has been coronated the Democratic Socialist designee for nomination as their candidate for President of these United States, after that political party's contrived primary process "democratically" elected Joseph R. Biden: What are your feelings about this party's progressive posture within their self-styled exercise of "Saving Democracy for America," and how truly critical the outcome of this presidential election will be?

0% I am ecstatic that this "Democracy's" First partially Black, First partially Indian, First female Co-Parent, and that this nation's primary necessity is to elect our First woman president.

14.29% I really do not care about all these "Firsts." I will continue to pray, and work for this Representative Republic to elect someone competent, and brilliantly patriotic to be our next president.

85.71% I will never vote for any politician that "first" does not have the core values to understand how dire this Constitutional Republic's situation has become.

Announcing Macbeth Tomorrow Award of Achievement

I propose a bronze bust award for politicians who at one time exhibited an extra ordinary accomplishment or act of bravery in their life.
However some have lingered a bit too long on the world stage.
I propose that we build a wing on the Smithsonian to house the bust and tributes to these remarkable people for their accomplishments.
I also propose that we retire them to the history books because they have had their hour upon the stage and then be heard no more.
I propose that their hour of strutting and fretting on the stage is over.
An occasional presentation of an honorable mention in the toilet roll of minutes for those non heroes who should be retired just because. No bust will be awarded for this distinction and they will receive an "idiot, full of sound and fury" badge .
I propose that the honorable mentions have also had their hour of strutting and fretting on the stage and it is over.
This honor will be awarded on a non-partisan basis.
Those refusing to accept the awards will be escorted to the Richard Nixon wing of the "You won't have me to kick around anymore Pavilion" until they acquiesce to retirement.

Macbeth:

Accordingly, we honor the following persons and escort them to the STAGE LEFT EXIT, where they may continue to bask in the appreciative thanks of a grateful nation. Their understudies will enter UPSTAGE (1), to restore some relevance to the idea that your fifteen minutes are up.

John McCain: A true American Hero who was captured during the Vietnam war when his plane was shot down. He endured five years of POW status and exemplified the true American patriotism by refusing to be released prior to others who were captured before him. Let us remember him as the hero he was and not the caricature he has become.

John Lewis: He was a hero of the civil rights movement in the 1960s. He marched with Martin Luther King, was arrested and beaten by establishment police for trying to equalize the playing field for all people regardless of race. His willingness to pay the price is in the highest honor the American tradition of fair play.

Nominations are still open and we are accepting applications for this prestigious award. The award will be decided based on a majority vote of Me, Myself and I. The only requirement is for the recipient to acknowledge that:

1 You might be interested to know that there used to be a greater significance in the difference between upstage and downstage: old stages were often built on a rake, sloping gently upward from the audience. "Upstaging" was thus all the more a sin, exalting the upstager as well as forcing the other actors to turn their backs on the audience.

The first nomination for the 'JUST BECAUSE' category has been received. The line is growing but some candidates are being held due to the comic relief they provide.
