A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Oakdale Cemetery.

Frances, known as Fran to her friends and family, was born on March 6, 1941, in Pitt County. She was the daughter of the late Albert Thomas Warren Jr. and Irma Cherry Warren. Fran was a graduate of Washington High School and received her Associates Degree in Business from Beaufort County Community College.
