Washington Police Arrest Two Men on Multiple Charges | Eastern North Carolina Now

Tuesday morning at around 6 a.m., Washington officers arrested William Tyler Ward, age 22 of Bay Lake St Chocowinity and Tyler Andrew Ayers, age 24 of Whichard's Beach Road Chocowinity

    Tuesday morning at around 6 a.m., Washington officers arrested William Tyler Ward, age 22 of Bay Lake St Chocowinity and Tyler Andrew Ayers, age 24 of Whichard's Beach Road Chocowinity. Both men have been charged with 7 counts of breaking and entering motor vehicle, 2 counts of larceny of a firearm, and 6 counts of larceny. They were placed in Beaufort County Detention Center with $60,000 bonds. The investigation is ongoing, as Washington Police works with Beaufort County Sheriff's Office, Pitt County Sheriff's Office and Greenville Police Department on additional cases in their jurisdictions and additional charges are pending.

Liberals would say society failed these young men. Maybe they are upset at the lack of opportunity for WASPS (white, anglo-saxon, protestant, southerners).

On February 12, 2025, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit conducted a follow up investigation on information received following an arrest made in Pitt County by the Greenville Regional Drug Task Force on January 16, 2025.
On January 28, 2025 at approximately 12:24 PM, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an unresponsive person at 2048 Robersonville Rd. in Washington.
