Campbell law professor explores Trump’s potential impact on federal courts



    Donald Trump's election as U.S. president is likely to have a major impact on the future of the U.S. Supreme Court and the rest of the federal judiciary.

    Campbell Law School professor Greg Wallace assessed Trump's potential impact and examined other issues facing the nation's highest court during a presentation Monday to the John Locke Foundation's Shaftesbury Society.

    In the video clip above, Wallace explores the first actions Trump and a Republican Congress are likely to take to address the Supreme Court's current vacancy.
