August 18, 2016-Washington, NC: Beaufort County Commissioner Gary Brinn today called on candidate Derik Davis to terminate his County Commissioner candidacy following the release of a Washington (NC) Police Department report of a vandalism incident at Paul's Funeral Home July 15, 2016 naming Davis.

    August 18, 2016-Washington, NC: Beaufort County Commissioner Gary Brinn today called on candidate Derik Davis to terminate his County Commissioner candidacy following the release of a Washington (NC) Police Department report of a vandalism incident at Paul's Funeral Home July 15, 2016 naming Davis.

    "Throwing eggs at a funeral home is as low as you can go," Brinn said. "Derik has been questioned about the incident and the surveillance video shows the suspect in the act. For the good of the county and to save himself further embarrassment, I humbly request him to withdraw from the race," Brinn added.

Its kinda funny Mr. Davis puts out this woe as me facebook post, saying its not him... Post the video and lets see the the car, that matches his, and the other evidence that is presented here... Mr. Bobby Hodges is a man of integrity and asked for this just to stop... Mr. Davis is a THUG with a fake education, that was fired for cause. Look at the FOIA request for fiduciary reporting from the NC Election committee; as well as the fact he IS NOT an ordained minister, as he claims to be; he HAS NOT graduated with an formal degree from Duke Divinity and the NC School of govt degree he is claiming, is nothing more that just a basic 30 day class advisory attendance, that he completed the little class that is open to ANYONE... It is NOT what he is making it out to be...

When the screws are tightened, something will happen and he is hospital bound to try and move attention to a "woe as me moment" and distract away from the real issue.... watch and see!
