TMc: Lost Honor of Christopher Jefferies Documentary | Eastern North Carolina Now

The British Media apologized and rewarded the Professor with a large financial settlement.

Slow paced, factual reporting is boring. In this information age, only shock jocks get my immediate attention and I am not surprised when facts later prove the article inaccurate. Apparently it is legal for the media to give the public all available information before a trial but it is illegal to give false information and tap phones.

The Beggar School in California was a hoax as was the Cat Fur lining of Mexican gloves. Viet Nam was over exposed. The Selling of the Kuwait War by American Propaganda was under exposed. All this is fun and games until individuals are "hung out to dry" like the Duke Lacrosse Team, the Atlanta security guard, and British professor, Christopher Jefferies.

Conclusion: A major case moved last week from Metro Atlanta to South Georgia. Too many potential jurors admitted they already decided the verdict based on Media daily news updates. Inciting Riots seems to be a Media specialty. A few more settlements may change proceedures.

That would be a bunch of 6 millions.

The Catholic diocese named in the slander list, who rushed to judgement (how unchristian), would have been better served to be on the receiving end rather than the possible giving end here.
