Practice Accepting New Patients

    (Washington, N.C.) - Dr. Thomas Andrews and the staff of OB/GYN of Washington are pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Allan Boruszak to their practice. Dr. Boruszak began seeing patients on a temporary basis in June and has joined the staff permanently this month.

    Dr. Boruszak received his medical degree from The University of Illinois in 1979 and completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Charity Hospital of New Orleans in 1983. Dr.

Boruszak is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He joins OB/GYN of Washington after having worked for 28 years in private practice in both Las Vegas, Nevada and most recently in Franklin, North Carolina.

    He and his wife MaryAnne have six adult children and are looking forward to relocating to the Washington area.

    Obstetrics and Gynecology of Washington, a division of University Health Systems Physicians, specializes in women's health services for adolescents and adults using the latest techniques and procedures in their specialty. Obstetrical care is provided to women with and without medical complications. Mothers will deliver at University Health Systems Beaufort Hospital, which provides one on one nursing care in labor.

    Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Fridays 8:30am to 12:00pm by appointment. OB/GYN of Washington is located at 1210 Brown Street and is currently accepting new patients. The practice can be reached by calling 975-1188.
