But it was close.

It was close, but BCN's October, 2015, month of daily traffic ascended to a level that allowed Beaufort County NOW to capture the 'brass ring' of sustained popularity to monthly best that blowout time of March, 2015, by the slimmest of margins.

As mentioned often, March was that special month that made us all take serious notice of what we have achieved here with BCN, our prototype for our Symbiotic Publisher content management system (CMS). Hopefully, as we promote that lofty attainment of readership then and now, others will continue to take notice as well ... so we pray. Regardless, we shall continue to endeavor to spread the good word.

Below, you will notice from our traffic statistics, and if you follow the link to the blowout month of March, that while we had a wonderful month, we win by a 'split decision', which will make September, 2015, our third best month to date.

You see, 'the tale of the tape' in our success is our bringing more "unique visitors" to BCN, and by a wide margin. Our previous best month for unique visitors (unique IPs) was the aforementioned September, and our best month for page views and hits is still the month of March, but the disparity for unique visits between that March, 2015, and October, 2015, is so wide - 11,149 per day (October) vs. 7,879 per day (March) - that we must 'give the nod' to October as our best all time month.

Below, we offer the statistical snapshot of the vaulted October period and an accounting of our ongoing milestones achieved.

Milestones for Beaufort County NOW: Our Growing Readership in October, 2015

     •   Most Unique IPs visiting BCN per day in October - 11,149

     •   Second Most Unique Page Views per day in September - 238,761

     •   Second Most Hits per day in September - 315,422

     •   Most days of Unique IPs over 10,000 per day visiting BCN in October - 22 days. Consistency?

     •   Most Readers per day in September - 39,794 based on the metric of 6 page views per person, with unique IPs at the level as they are presenting themselves here now. Volume?
