Fair and Appropriate Treatment under the Laws of the NFL | Eastern North Carolina Now

What is fair for Tom Brady is fair for Hillary Clinton

It seems only fair that if they are going to suspend Tom Brady for four games for destroying emails regarding an ongoing investigation, we should suspend Hillary Clinton four years for doing the same with her emails.

A four-game suspension is analogous to a single football season since it is a one term presidential term with four quarters. Can I get an AMEN!

I admit I am trying to steal the technique used by Brant Clifton on BCN post. That is to use what is in the news to make a point. (Bobby Tony)

These are direct quotes from the links below them.

"Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's four-game suspension for his role in using underinflated footballs during the AFC Championship Game was upheld Tuesday by Commissioner Roger Goodell.

In announcing the decision, Goodell cited new evidence that emerged: On or shortly before March 6 -- the day Brady was interviewed by Ted Wells and his investigative team -- Brady instructed his assistant to destroy the cellphone he had been using since early November 2014, a period that included the AFC title game against the Colts and the initial weeks of the subsequent investigation."

Tom Brady gets a Four Game Suspension for Deleting Emails

"We learned today, from her attorney, Secretary Clinton unilaterally decided to wipe her server clean and permanently delete all emails from her personal server. While it is not clear precisely when Secretary Clinton decided to permanently delete all emails from her server, it appears she made the decision after October 28, 2014, when the Department of State for the first time asked the Secretary to return her public record to the Department"

    Hillary Deletes Emails

My theory is that since we know there is no love lost between Clintons and Obamas, the president is waiting for Hillary to crash and burn, possibly with some unfortunately leaks from the administration, about Benghazi or other subjects and then good Old Joe Biden will come in to save the day. He has been remarkable quite lately and you can never count Joe out, he is a consummate Politian. It is not an original idea of mine but I hear some tremors. Joe deserves some support from Obama due to his loyalty if nothing else.

poll#71
In light of former Secretary of State Hillary B. Clinton admitting that she co-mingled state department business, in her private e-mails, with her personal business: Should Hillary Clinton be forced to relinquish her private server, where e-mails were stored, and, ultimately, transmitted?
3.91%   It is Hillary's e-mails, it is Hillary's private server. Leave her alone.
92.74%   Hillary lost any sense of privacy when she co-mingled the People's business with her own.
3.35%   If it is not Facebook, I don't care.

B.T., I swear, your posts make every bit as much impact as what I write, especially this.

I have, over the years, done much interlinking between posts.
