Washington Police conducted a drug sweep June 30th following an ongoing narcotics investigation and arrested ten suspects on felony charges. Defendants arrested on June 30th were:
Pierre Lamont Woolard, age 30, of West MLK drive charged with manufacture, sell or deliver controlled substance within 100 feet of a school and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000.
Darrin Edward Albritton, Sr.
Darrin Edward Albritton, Sr., age 48, of Market Street was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substance within 100 feet of a park and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $50,000
Andre Quamane Shelton, age 25, of Manual Drive was charged with two counts of trafficking in opiates or heroin. Bond was set at $15,000.
Clarence Earl Pierce, age 61, of Bridge Street was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substance within 100 feet of a school and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000.
Andre Jerome Spencer, age 39, of Market Street was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substance within 1000 feet of a park, possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II controlled substance, two counts of trafficking in opium or heroin and three counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $200,000.
Tito Ray Collins, age 41, of West MLK Drive was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substance within 100 feet of a park and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000.
Kenneth Justin Tucker, age 26, of East 8th street was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule I controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000.
Kashon Eugene Moore, age 20, of Alderbrook Circle was charged with three counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana and three counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000.
Tashombee Keishawn Jones, age 22, of Pierce Street was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule III controlled substance. Bond was set at $15,000.
Antonio Laquan Brooks, age 34, of Smaw Road was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver MDA/MDMA (Extacy) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.
