    RALEIGH     The House Appropriations Committees on Thursday morning began releasing their spending proposals for the 2015-17 budget cycle. Carolina Journal will post links to the committee reports as they are issued. House Speaker Tim Moore, R-Cleveland, says the chamber plans to complete the budget by the end of next week. Be sure to check back regularly for reports as they are released.
