Yes, it is Big Bob, but it is the Ignorant Left, of which you are a member, who are somehow inured by using labels, even reworking words in phrases that make no sense, but somehow do as a call to action for the corrupt, Non Patriot Left.
My labels, almost exclusively, deal with: Are your Smart, or Ignorant? Are you a Patriot, or Non Patriot? Are you Honest, or Dishonest? Are you Kind, or are you Malevolent? Are you Good, or Evil? Are you Real, or are you Fake? I keep it basic, and I use these precepts to measure the world around me ... and, it took me a long time to get to this point of understanding, and I will NOT ever change, and you never will. One thing I know for sure. You Leftists DO NOT measure well under these basic precepts.

Patriot Class vs Non Patriot Class. One qualifies by the content of one's character; service to one's community, one's nation.

For there to be a conflict of interest of a judge, there has to be a quid pro quo from a party or hearing a case where a former client is a party. A judge can avoid that conflict of interest by recusing himself from the case. The far left is firing blanks at the SCOTUS conservatives. They have shown no quid pro quo and no conflict of interest. It is nothing but a smear campaign.

Some of the left's judges have actual conflict of interest situations and do not recuse themselves, but the left is fine with that. Yet they whine about conservative judges where they cannot point to ANY actual conflict of interest with ANY actual case, and no quid pro quo. And I am not at all surprised to see the far left's term for trying to hide their hypocrisy - "whataboutism" - thrown around by Big Bob. When that term gets thrown around, you know you have hit one of the far left's double standards.

The standard for judges is that if a case comes before them where they have a conflict of interest, they are supposed to recuse themselves. They may do so on their own motion, or upon motion of a party. In all of their poorly aimed and politically motivated potshots at Thomas and Alite, they have failed to identify a single case whether either had a conflict of interest and failed to recuse themselves.
On the other hand, there are a number of state and federal judges who are flaming liberals on the state and federal bench who have ruled on North Carolina cases that have had a political nature where they had represented one of the parties when they were in private practice. That IS a conflict of interest, and they did not recuse themselves.

Both are smart men, no question. However it has been shown that each have excepted extravagant gifts by rich white conservative men, at least one a documented nazi sympathizer and one with business in front of the court. All of it undeclared. Illegally? Probably. Unethical? No question. Personally I have a side bet going as to when Justice Brown finds a pube in her coffee cup. They all have lifetime appointments, a policy I support but SA and CT have disgraced themselves.

CT: There are few Leftist Leaders who are NOT corrupt, and almost all are factual dishonest.

Stan, the problem is that Little Bobbie just follows the far left narrative, and right now part of that narrative is to smear the conservatives on the SCOTUS and the court itself. The left has shown no quid pro quo and thus haven't even gotten to first base on alleging corruption. It is all just vindictive smoke and mirrors.
If they wanted to see real corruption, they would be worried about the Biden crime family and all the favors they are doing for Red China after taking their money. That is where the real quid pro quo is located.
