The inmate had taken off his clothing and smeared feces on himself and in the detention cell. The inmate continuously beat on the walls and door of the cell. Deputies removed the inmate from the cell and secured him in a restraint chair.

The subject then left the property traveling at a high rate of speed in a reckless manner on Highway 32. Deputies attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver continued south on Highway 32 at speeds estimated near 100 miles per hour.
