Mr. Bailey Judson “B.J.” Wiggs, Jr, 84, passed away peacefully at home on August 23, 2012. He was born on April 24, 1928 in Rolesville, NC, the son of the late Bailey Judson Wiggs, Sr. and Ila Pearl Wiggs. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Evelyn Mosley Wiggs.
