It is amazing how many things politicians and bureaucrats can think up for other people to do. We are repeatedly directed to implement all manner of great sounding things.
I downloaded the 2013 County budget (all 168 pages) and have been through every page in it. I worked my way through it one page at a time to get a "fix" on what's in it.
The Reps. have managed to allow themselves to be out foxed at every turn when it comes to taxes.

The foxes seem to be massing around the hen house. According to a front page article in the 5/1 edition of the WDN, the meeting called a few days ago by the EDC chairman to announce his retirement.
The chief community organizer is ready to require many lenders to "swallow" a good part of their income on loan balances on houses that are "underwater".
