Do You Wanna' Be an Ironman?

Beaufort County Medical Center's version of preventive medicine is its LifeStyles component. It is the classic spot where aspiring folks can do themselves, in terms of their health, a lot of good. LifeStyles is located behind the primary hospital plant, and features multiple upper and lower body machines, free weights, a number treadmills, eliptical machines, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, and a heated 75' long heated pool.
The LifeStyles exercise facility is helping folks stay healthier in Beaufort County: Above.
On September 13, 2010, Lifestyles will initiate their version of the "Ironman Triathlon" competition on the premises, and, or outside the exercise plant, where participants will be asked to swim 2.4 miles, walk or run 26.2 miles, and ride a bike 112 miles. All three events must be completed by November 5, 2010, with an award given to the participants that finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd in this time consuming, and hopefully fun, competition. Participants will keep their own workout ledgers by utilizing the honor system, and must participate in each event each week until completion of the competition.

Sounds easy? I'll let you know.
