Allen Garfield Swanner Arrested for Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana

Allen Garfield Swanner Jr.
   On February 15, 2012, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit along with Officers with the North Carolina Division of Community Corrections arrested Allen Garfield Swanner Jr., age 22, of 154 Windley Rd. Washington. Swanner’s arrest stemmed from Investigators conducting controlled purchases of marijuana. Swanner was on probation as a result of drug convictions when the controlled purchases of marijuana were conducted.

   Swanner was charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana and two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Swanner was confined to the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond.
