On December 20th during the early morning hours the man in the attached photo is believed to have used a financial transaction card to make several fraudulent purchases.
His identity is not known at this time and police need your help in identifying him. If you know this person please call Washington Police Department 946-1444 or Beaufort County Crime Stoppers 974-6400.
