On January 3, 2012 around 9:20pm two masked men wearing dark clothing possibly armed with handguns entered the Kentucky Fried Chicken located at 1510 Carolina Avenue and took money from the store. No one was injured and suspects left the building on foot.
This is the second of such crimes at this location in recent months. The first crime occurred on December 14th 2011. Investigators believe the two events to be connected. If anyone has information that may be helpful to the investigation they need to call Washington Police Department at 252-946-1444.
