Custodian Nominates Principal for Employer Support Award
Gary Burgess, custodian at the Beaufort County Ed Tech Center, is an Army Reservist. Following a recent return from deployment, Burgess wanted to thank his principal for support shown to him.
Seen here with Will Bryant, principal of the Beaufort County Ed Tech Center, Burgess was on hand when Bryant received the Department of Defense Employer Support Award from Commander Kenneth Oppenheim, (Ret.). This award is presented to a "Patriotic Employer" or supervisor who demonstrates practice and policies that support employee
members of the National Guard and Reserve.
Congratulations to Mr. Bryant and to Mr. Burgess - thank you for your service.
