The Division of Continuing Education at Beaufort County Community College will offer a course in Quick Books by Quicken from 1 to 5 p.m., on Wednesdays, beginning May 4 and ending May 18, in Room 822 of Building 8, on the BCCC campus.
In this 12-hour course, students will learn the Premier Accountant 2010 edition of Quick Books, including topics such as working with bank accounts, entering sales and billing information, tracking and paying sales tax and bills and analyzing financial data. The course offers 1.2 Continuing Education Units.
The registration fee is $65 plus a $5 technology fee. The registration fee is waived for one course per semester for those 65 and older.
Students may register by calling 252-940-6375, or in person in room 802 of Building 8 on the BCCC campus. BCCC accepts Visa and MasterCard. Checks payable to Beaufort County Community College may be mailed to the attention of Eva Peartree, P.O. Box 1069, Washington, NC 27889.
