Investigator Jim Adams applied for and obtained a warrant charging Davis with one count of Obtaining Property by False Pretense for selling stolen property.
The victim reported locating suspicious individuals near the vessel who fled when the victim confronted them. The victim reported she then found aluminum swim platforms, ladders, railing and other items were removed from the vessel.
Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Ronnie Victor Everett, age 31, of 52 Trails End South Washington and Alishia Renee Harrell, age 20, of 114 Paul St. Washington.
Investigator Wesley Waters applied for and obtained Juvenile Petitions charging two 14 year-old juveniles with one count each of Felony Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle and one count each of Felony Larceny of a Motor Vehicle.

Investigator Brad Shackelford applied for and obtained warrants charging Janice Ann Nick, age 48, with one count of Larceny of a Motor Vehicle, Larceny of a Firearm, Felony Breaking and Entering and Larceny after Breaking and Entering.
Investigator Jim Adams applied for and obtained warrants charging Marquis Jhamal Lee Arrington, Caleb Jamar Freeman, and Aaron Brian Collins.
As a result of information and evidence gathered during the investigation, Investigator Brad Shackelford applied for and obtained a warrant charging Scott Evans Southerland, age 49, of Highway 264 East in Pinetown, with misdemeanor Cruelty to Animals.
On Saturday May 5th, Washington Police Officers arrested Christopher Clevon Freeman, age 19 of Van Norden Street for underage consumption of alcohol. Additional charges of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession of a stolen firearm resulted from the encounter
On January 31, 2012, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office received a report from Beaufort County DSS of a sex offense involving a juvenile that occurred at a residence in Chocowinity, NC.
As a result of the investigation, Investigator Wesley Waters applied for and obtained a warrant charging Andrew Wayne Randall, age 56, of Baker Drive in Washington with Assault Inflicting Serious Bodily Injury.
Sunday evening around 9:40 p.m., Washington Police responded to multiple calls of shots fired and power outages in the 600 block of Wilson Street.

Williams was arrested in Washington for four outstanding arrest warrants originating in Martin County
Unit conducting controlled purchases of cocaine and marijuana from McKinney. McKinney was serving a probation sentence with the Department of Community Corrections stemming from prior drug related convictions when the controlled purchases were conducted.
The subject refused to comply and threatened to kill Martin. While Martin awaited back-up, family and neighbors of the subject attempted to calm the subject down.
On April 8, 2012 at approximately 12:03 am, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a Sex Offense that occurred at a residence on Gage Lane in Washington, NC.

Sheriff Neil Elks announced this morning that three individuals have been arrested in the armed robbery and murders which occurred at the Hustle Mart in Farmville on April 1.

A search of Jamal Royster, Lawrence Royster and Angel Trevino’s room revealed 12 grams of crack-cocaine, $913.00 and drug packaging material including: digital scales and plastic baggies.
At the time of his arrest, Wiggins was in possession of 15 wax paper bindles containing heroin. Investigators executed a search warrant at Wiggins’ residence and used K-9 Elza.

On March 3, 2012, Investigator Wesley Waters applied for and obtained warrants charging Robert Manley Narron, age 22, of Jordan Narron Road in Selma and Tracey Matthew Narron, age 38, of Creech’s Church Road in Kenly with one count each of Common Law Robbery and one count each of Larceny of a Dog.
As a result of the investigation, Investigator Wesley Waters applied for and obtained a warrant charging Denise McNair, age 52, of Clay Bottom School Road in Blounts Creek with one count of Sex Offender Use of a Social Website.
As a result of the search, Deputy Martin arrested Sarah Ann Asby, age 20, of South Boyd Road in Pinetown and charged her with Possession of Cocaine, Simple Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Spirituous Liquor by Defendant Less than 21.

On February 10, 2012, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Brandon James Burbage, age 20, of 73 Robert Cox Rd. Bath and Lora Rowe Beacham, age 30, of 3195 99 S Belhaven.
On February 15, 2012, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit along with Officers with the North Carolina Division of Community Corrections arrested Allen Garfield Swanner Jr.
A search of the vehicle and its occupants revealed 28 grams of marijuana located in several plastic baggies packaged for resale, a set of digital scales, $700.00 in cash and 10 grams of crack-cocaine and powder cocaine mixture.
