Infant Nevaeh Ann Sullivan died Sunday April 3, 2011 at the Beaufort County Medical Center of Washington.
On Wednesday, April 6, about 800-1000 Tea Party and other conservative groups stood on the Capitol lawn in Washington DC to tell the government to "Cut Spending!"
The bill is entitled the Property Owners Protection Act. It is designed to curtail abuses in land-use planning, particularly by local governments and especially by "over-zealous" staff.
